Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation policies, no shows,  early departures & refunds

- If the cancellation 30+ days prior to the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be charged and converted to a voucher for a future stay.
- If the cancellation happens between 30 to 15 days prior to the arrival date, 30% of the reservation amount will be charged and kept.
- If the cancellation happens between 15 to 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged and kept.
- If the cancellation happens less than 7 days prior to the arrival date or if the guest doesn’t not show or leaves earlier than the initially scheduled date, 100% of the reservation amount will be kept.
- Any disturbance which would be out of the control of the renter cannot be subject to refunds. i.e but not exhaustively :
   - thefts of or damage to personal belongings in the apartments.
   - Outside noises, nearby renovation, construction or any other disturbance, not out of their control.-
   - Building maintenance, appearance or cleanliness
   - Insects or natural hazards that would interfere in the guest experience in the property
   - Internet discrepancies unless it results from a direct mismanagement from the company
   - Boundaries entrance change of policies due to pandemics or geopolitical changes in the region


2. Payments & Schedule

- All prices quoted online or through resellers are quoted online in foreign exchange are excluding VAT.  are due in NIS. Payments in other currencies or credit cars are subject to a 4% transaction & FX processing fee.
- The guest acknowledges having been informed that only foreign travellers that can prove they do not have Israeli citizenship will be exempt from the payment of VAT (17%). The failure of providing this document will result in the charge of an extra 17% of the booking amount.

Payment schedule (for direct bookings only) :
- 30% deposit at the booking.
- 20% 15 days prior to the arrival
- 50% 7 days prior to the arrival
- Security deposit authorization - 1 day prior to departure, released 5 days after departure of the property
The company keeps the right to relocate, cancel of if not fully paid prior to arrival

3. Responsability of the Guest

- Provide a valid passeport and entry visa at arrival
- Ben responsible for any damage occurirng during his stay
- Turn off lights and A/C when leaving the property
- Use the property with respect and responsability.
- Not to bring any animal into the premises rented.
- Not to smoke in the premises rented.
- Not to do any parties or events.
- To use the property and its installations as a “responsible adult”. The Renter shall alone be responsible for any eventual disturbance to the neighbourhood.
- To immediately inform HOLYGUEST LTD.  of any damage or deterioration that has occurred in the premises rented even if no apparent damage may result there from.

4. Responsability of HolyGuest

1-  Cleanliness and housekeeping carried out before the arrival of the guest according to company standards. Whether the cleanliness would be defaulty, a complimentary cleaning could be offered at the sole decision discretion of the company.

2 HolyGuest  shall provide the renter with household linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels) according to the number of guests registered at the moment of the reservation.

3 Offer in a timely manner a solution for maintenance issues. of the malfunction of the property’s items or appliances.

4. HolyGuest keeps the right to cancel a reservation for any reason whatsover if it considers the integrity, payment of behaviour of the guest may affect the propzerty.

5- Relocate in a similar standard or upgrade if previous isn’y available, refund the guest if the property becomes inhabitable prior or during the guest stay.

The responsibility of HolyGuest cannot be involved in the event of :
- thefts of or damage to personal belongings in the apartments.
- Outside noises, nearby renovation, construction or any other disturbance out of their control.-
- Building maintenance, appearance or cleanliness
- Insects or natural hazards that would interfere in the guest experience
- Any event occurred by a hazard or third party that would result in affecting the guest’s experience in the property.

5. Penalty clause, Duration & termination

This rental terminates ipso jure at the expiry of the term stipulated by the rental contract, without it being necessary to give notice. If, at the expiry of the rental, the renter does not vacate the premises, for any reason whatsoever, he must pay HOLYGUEST LTD.  an indemnity per day later amounting to twice the daily rent until the complete vacating of the premises and return of the keys. In the event of breach of any obligation whatsoever resulting from these General Rental Terms and Conditions, the Renter must immediately leave the premises rented. HOLYGUEST LTD.  shall not be obliged to make any reimbursement whatsoever.
